The focus of this position will be on the strategic development of the company short, mid and long term:
Managing the strategies, objectives and key results on an annual and quarterly basis
Managing and coordinating the portfolio of development projects
Managing all value flows within the company and between the company and all partners
The work is approximately 50% strategy and performance management, 30% organizational development management, and 20% business analysis and reporting
50% Strategy & Project Portfolio Management:
Manage the performance management structure and provide quarterly performance reports.
Manage and/or coordinate some of the strategic/development projects. Includes proposals, collecting requirements, tracing requirements to design and functions, design reviews, implementation reviews, change management, user acceptance, operational handover, and performance tracking.
Manage a portfolio view of all strategic and development projects to keep a birdseye view on capital reinvestment, effort, progress, and change.
Manage the ingest of issues, requests and suggestions providing a backlog sorted by value and criticality.
Design and oversee internal strategic communications
30% Organizational Development Management
2 Primary Frameworks:
Value Management:
Design a comprehensive value chain ecosystem model
Gain a full understanding of what and how all types of value area created and delivered throughout the ecosystem (internal and external to the company)
Develop standard models for all value type
Identify opportunities for expanding and improving value delivery
Function Maturity Management:
Update functional maturity model periodically
Gain a full understanding of all functions and the maturity model for them
Develop functional maturity reporting
Identify opportunities for improving functional maturity
20% Business Analysis and Reporting:
Understand fully how the company generates value to all stakeholders
Be able to model capabilities (workflows, processes, journeys, and value streams) in terms of cost, speed, quality, transparency and resiliency.
Provide analysis and reports on improvement of capabilities.
Location: 307H Nguyen Van Troi Street, Ward 1, Tan Binh District, HCMC
Working time:
08h00 - 16h45 (Lunch break 45 minutes).
Monday - Friday and full 2 Saturdays/month.

Experience
Have experience working on complex projects with multiple stakeholders as well as handling day-to-day operational requests from the business
Have experience in performance management
Have experience with financial statement reporting
Have experience with financial modeling of projects and investments
Skill
Strong project management, ability to successfully manage multiple tasks at any given point, strong relationship building skills & communication skills
Understanding of Indices, fundamentals and analytical data, returns level data etc.
Data analysis – Must have proficiency with SQL, Microsoft Excel
Strong grasp of statistics
