Mô tả công việc
- Product development manager manages and coordinates product development projects to ensure the product is built with intention and aligned with our brand vision and values.
- You will lead the development of products in alignment with Design's vision and the overarching business strategy of our two primary brands Kem Nghia and Nghia Beauty. Additionally, the team is responsible for product innovation that solves the problems of our consumers.
- The ideal candidate will work closely and collaboratively with Design, Raw Material R&D, Technical Design, Sourcing, Planning and Merchandising teams to create beautiful, functional and innovative products.
- Evaluates and resolves technical feasibility, design optimization, and production issues.
- Being a product development manager ensures that labeling and marketing/promotional literature match product specifications.
- Researches and monitors existing client base and industry developments and identifies potential new product opportunities.
- Additionally, product development manager works with other departments to establish a design, technology, product development, and vendor strategy.
- Manages project budgets and prepares financial analysis reports for top management.
- Reports to the CEO.
Location: 307H Nguyen Van Troi Street, Ward 1, Tan Binh District, HCMC
Working time:
08h00 - 16h45 (Lunch break 45 minutes).
Monday - Friday and full 2 Saturdays/month.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Graduating from university or higher
- 5+ years experience in product development with 2 years supervisory experience in the beauty consumer packaged goods industry.
- Good English proficiency
- Ability to analyze, synthesize, plan, organize and update and process information
- Able to work independently or in a team, able to work under high pressure
- Know how to make short-term or long-term plans
- Agility, good problem-solving, creativity and frankness in work
- Ability to analyze, organize and solve problems effectively
- Have a vision and strategic thinking
- Salary: 45 – 50 triệu
